Our team of in-house electrical engineers, technical staff and electrical contractors provide a higher level of technical skills and services for our customers, a one-stop shop that takes our clients from planning to implementation with one point of contact, eliminating 90% of our competition who only provide limited services.

Our Design/Build strategy simplifies the process by saving you time, money and aggravation of dealing with multiple firms, instead providing a single point of responsibility for all services, which minimizes delays and additional costs for the project coordinator, and consolidates construction schedules. Our electrical engineering team remain on-project until construction is complete to ensure our client’s needs are met, as well as provide continued preventative maintenance and technical support for ongoing success.  If needed, we also can coordinate site utilities and assist in obtaining electrical permits.

    Interphase Electrical will match up your vision and goals for the project with your budget, and develop preliminary drawings, cost analyses, and schedules

  • 2. Project Meetings

    We will deliver initial plans and make needed revision after meeting with the general contractor, the building firm, and any specialty subcontractors during this stage.

  • 3. Project Costs & Estimation

    Our team obtains competitive bids from our engineering team and supplies to complete the detailed and accurate proposal and submit to our clients for approval.

  • 4. Team Selection

    We choose a team manager and support team, who stay with the project from the start of design to project completion. We found that keeping a consistent team allows us to reduce job costs and improve scheduling.

  • 5. Project/Budget Management

    Budget Management allows us to discuss costs as the project evolves with updates to the scope of the work to the general contractor, the business owners and all involved parties.
