How do you determine bids and project estimates?

DESIGN & BUILD

Our design and build services including the cost and schedule estimation, designing, planning and building layouts of a commercial building or industrial project.

SUBMIT BIDS AND QUOTES

We can produce and accurate quote/bids per our electrical construction plans and fulfill those services if our bid is successful.

INSTALLATION & CONSTRUCTION

If we win the bid, our full service team will build the facility’s electrical systems according to the approved designs.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

After planning, design & build, and installation, we provide ongoing support for monitoring, troubleshooting and analysis

ONGOING TECHNICAL SERVICES

With our in-house electrical technical and engineering staff, we provide what many of our other electrical contractors cannot, which is time and cost savings for our customers as they do not need to hire separate firms to plan, bid, install and service.

What is your policy for changes and modifications?

Unfortunately, no project will run completely according to plan. Our project direction and team management provides allowances for changes, additions and revisions before, during or after the project’s completion.  We oversee our team of engineers, as well as the project’s contractors and subcontractors to direct the progress, answer questions, ensure sufficient power needs and compliance with current electrical codes. Our engineers are onsite to implement their design and plans in the construction and installation process.
