Controls & Automation

Many of our business, institutional and industrial clients require complex and quality electrical automation and control systems which manage and direct the operation of equipment, thermostats, alarms, lighting systems, networks and other essential processes. Automation and control systems form the central nervous system of every modern manufacturing, production and process facility.

A well designed system can dramatically enhance operations, save your staff time, and save your business substantial overhead costs. When it comes to production equipment, controls and automation can detect an issue before a shutdown is required, prevent repair and replacement costs and production losses.

Interphase Electricals’ contractors and engineers perform rigorous design and testing standards to ensure the highest quality automation systems to meet our clients’ unique requirements.

Fire System Testing

Our engineers and contractors considers the client’s needs, regulatory codes, insurance specifications, environmental and operational concerns as we choose the right fire alarm system to meet their needs and budget.  Our technicians are qualified and certified to evaluate, layout, install, service and test the fire protection systems for the safety of your business and staff.

If a fire ignites, your building and the assets inside are at risk. Without a functional fire protection system, one stray spark could cause your entire business to go up in smoke. Testing your fire protection system based on the recommended schedule ensures everything is operating correctly to reduce the chance of property damage.  For more information about Kentucky laws regarding Fire Systems testing.

Our technicians help you keep your facilities in compliance with all applicable codes. Scheduled testing and inspection can keep all your systems proactively maintained.

Low Voltage Systems

What is low voltage systems?  Low voltage systems are comprised of electrical equipment that uses 50 volts (V) of electricity or less. Common low voltages include 48 V, 24 V, and 12 V.

Interphase Electricals’ contractors and engineers design, install and maintain commercial low voltage systems from a wide array of categories, including fire protection to security systems to sound and communication.

Some examples include:  fire alarms, fire suppression systems, CCTV surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, access control systems, paging and intercom systems, nurse call systems, mass notification systems, wireless clocks, structured cabling, wireless connectivity.
